Straight answers about scope, pacing, and procurement. If something is missing, email the desk—we update this page when patterns emerge across cohorts.
Delivery Are sessions only in English?
Primary facilitation is in English with JP-aware examples. Selected blocks offer bilingual summaries on request—note that in your desk email.
Delivery Do you record workshops?
We do not auto-record by default. If your procurement policy requires recordings, request written approval before the first session—some exercises include confidential peer examples.
Scope Will you rewrite our entire website?
No. We co-create narrative blocks and briefs; your web producers implement changes. Full-site rewrites are out of scope for these training tracks.
Scope Do you provide paid media creative?
We focus on narrative, enablement, and internal alignment. Paid media production is intentionally excluded—bring your agency or handle in-house.
Operations How fast is desk response?
We target two business days for new threads. Urgent launch windows should mention dates in the subject so we can triage fairly.
Operations Can we swap participants mid-cohort?
One seat swap is allowed before week two; later swaps disrupt critique continuity and are usually declined.
Procurement Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes for JP-registered entities with standard net-30 terms after credit review. Start via the contact desk with your company details.
Procurement Are taxes included in listed JPY prices?
Displayed prices exclude consumption tax unless an invoice explicitly states otherwise. Your finance team should confirm treatment.
Limitations What is explicitly not included?
We do not provide legal advice, pricing strategy, or paid campaign management. We also do not guarantee launch dates—those remain owned by your release org.
Limitations Will you sign unlimited liability clauses?
No. Our General Terms cap liability to program fees. Enterprise paper flows must respect that ceiling or we cannot proceed.
