General Terms

By accessing training materials, cohort sessions, or downloadable resources from DataEngine Cloud, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our services and contact us to close any open registrations.

We provide cohort-based and hybrid training experiences focused on launch messaging, market context, and sales enablement assets. Deliverables include facilitated sessions, templates, and feedback within the scope of each purchased program. Custom consulting outside the purchased scope requires a separate written agreement.

You represent that you are authorized to register on behalf of your organization. You agree to provide accurate company information and to keep credentials secure. We may suspend access for misuse, sharing of login credentials beyond the purchased seat count, or behavior that disrupts other participants.

All curricula, frameworks, and facilitator materials remain the property of DataEngine Cloud unless otherwise stated in a purchase order. You receive a non-exclusive license to use materials for internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of materials is prohibited without written consent.

Participants must respect confidentiality of peer examples shared in sessions. Recording is allowed only when explicitly permitted in writing for a specific cohort. Harassment or discriminatory conduct may result in immediate removal without refund except where prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, DataEngine Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of training materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a program will not exceed the fees paid for that program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Tokyo, Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws grant you mandatory rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
